Dish Bill Payment Methods

The Dish Network, which is often simply referred to as “Dish” in advertising materials and among customers, offers people television, internet and other media access that gets transferred by way of satellites and satellite dishes. These dishes are installed on the outside of a home or structure and transfer the transmitted information to a receiver that delineates the data to the intended media – TV channels are sent to a TV receiver, internet connection is sent to a router, and so on. Customers of Dish have a few options available to them to make payments on their accounts, including online, over the phone, in person or through the mail. Option 1: Online Payments

To pay your Dish bill online, you will need to go to and create an account by following the “Create Online ID” link in the right column. After you have gone through the account creation process per the instructions in that section, you can make an online payment by following these steps:

  1. At the log in screen, enter your online ID and password as created during account creation
  2. Click the Log In button

  1. Under the “My Account” tab, go to “Pay my Bill”
  2. Follow the instructions on the Dish web page to complete your bill pay transaction

Option 2: Bill Pay by Phone

To make a payment on your Dish account balance over the phone, you will need to have your account number with them available at the time that you call as well as the information that you are going   to use to make the payment. You can reach the pay by phone system by dialing (800) 333-3474. When you call to pay your bill in this manner, you can choose to either do it over the automated system or by speaking with a Dish agent.

Option 3: Pay through the Mail

Prepare a check or money order made out to “Dish” and write your account number on the payment somewhere. To find the address that you need to send your payment to (depending on where you live) go to and use the dropdown box in the “By Mail” section to choose your state and receive the address.

Option 4: Make an In-person Payment

If you would like to make a payment in person, go to the Search for Pay in  Cash Locations page and type  in your regional information as well as how you would like to pay and conduct the search.

    You do not make is easy for a non computer geek to sign up. You have too many sites, and they are not that informative. You need a simple site for us older person who are not computer geeks. Now you will have to wait for my check, which will be late……

      What a joke, the only customer service that is available is to make someone late on their payment so this company can collect all of the interest. That way, the CEO of this company can make his/her ten million dollar bonus every year off the misfortune of their customers.
