Option 4: Pay through the Mail

For those who wish to make a payment through the mail, you will need to prepare a check or money order made out to AT&T with your account number written on the empty space on it. To find the proper address to send the payment to, use the AT&T Payment Mailing Address search.

Option 5: Call call the AT&T and Pay by Phone from Any Phone

To make a payment over the phone, call the AT&T customer service line by dialing (800) 331-0500. You can choose to use the automated system or speak with a live representative to submit your payment; however, paying through an agent may mean you will have to pay a small fee for the service. More information through this page.

Option 6: Pay by Phone from AT&T Wireless Phone

If you have a mobile phone account through AT&T, you can make a payment on your account by calling *PAY (including the “*”). After dialing that code, you can press 1 to make a payment through your banking account and 2 if you would like to pay via debit or credit card. After making your selection, the system will walk you through the paying process.

Option 7: Pay in Person

There are two ways that you may make a payment in person on your AT&T bill. The first is at any AT&T retail location, which you can use AT&T locator to find a pay station near you. You can also visit any authorized payment location. To find one of those, visit the AT&T pay in person locator by clicking here.
