APS stands for Arizona Public Service and is an electricity provider for the majority of citizens of the state of Arizona. They offer a number of different electronic and traditional ways to make a payment on your account


Option 1: Online Payments through APS Portal

To pay your APS bill through the company’s website, you must first begin by making an online profile with the company. You can do this through the account activation page, which will ask you to enter various pieces of information and set up your security information. Once you have activated and confirmed your online profile, you can then move on to making an online payment by following these instructions:

  1. Navigate to the aps.com bill pay portal
  2. Click the “login & pay” button
  3. Enter your user name and password
  4. Click the “login” button

  2. Choose how much to pay toward your account
  3. Input your payment details
  4. Submit and finalize the transaction to APS

Bill Pay Option 3: Through the APS Mail

If you would like to make a payment through the mail on your APS power bill, you may do so by getting a check or a money order ready and making it out to APS for the amount you wish to pay. Once you have the check or money order prepared, mail it to the following address:

Option 4: Pay by Phone

There are two different numbers for those who would like to make a payment on their APS account over the phone. The first one is free and can only accept payments from those who would like to use information from their checking account. This number can be reached by dialing (602) 371-6555.

For those who wish to use debit or credit cards to pay their APS bill, you will have to call the KUBRA EZ-PAY phone system at (866) 776-0445. If you choose to pay using this service, you will be charged $3.95 per payment if you are a residential customer or $10.95 for non-residential APS customers.


APS Payment Option 5: Pay in Person

There are three different types of locations at which you can make a payment in person for your APS energy bill: At an APS office, a pay station or a specially set up kiosk. To find one of these payment locations to submit your transaction using this method, use the APS payment location finder and enter your address to search.
